Eddie C. Napper Jr. of Napsac Sports Apparel Urban Gear recently held an event for The Youth Business Network Project (YBNP) along with Schooners Restaraunt themed the "Fundraiser At Sunset". Comedian/Host for the evening Ryan Reaves was in the house for what was a great turnout to support a worthy cause. YBNP is a project designed by Napsac Sports Apparel Urban Gear and operated by Eddie C Napper Jr., a Santa Ana resident for nearly 40 years. YBNP consists of both profit and non-profit business owners also known as business network (BN) providers who have chosen to collaborate and create a business network that will educate youth in retail, marketing, sales, graphic designing, sound technician, and motivational speaking. The program capacity is 15 and has the ability to increase should funding be available and more business owners commit to participating in the project.
YBNP offers a “structured work experience” with workshops in a classroom setting on a variety of topics that focus on Leadership and Entrepreneurship. It will also offer motivational classes that will inspire and motivate youth. Each youth participant will work directly with a case manager to identify goals and to design a case plan that will map out each participants path way to success individually.
Ultimately Napsac Sports Apparel wants to always be involved with the kids of the community. Kids of today really need a hands on experience and that’s what YBNP is all about. They provide quality time and encouragement letting them know YBNP is in it for the long haul.
