One West Magazine's OneWestTV went behind the scenes with "Chuck Dizzle" of Home Grown Radio as he hosted the 4th Annual Western Awareness Conference (WAC). Chuck gives us his opinion on the state of Westcoast Hip-Hop, the new generation of talent that's on the rise, as well as the role local radio stations are playing in the development of today's talent.
